WinTime Program
To check both the production and the processes of unload and mixing in a concrete plant do not change in the time, the only option is to do periodic inspections. This inspection can be done remotely using the program WinTime.
The program WinTime is an option incorporated in the program MonitPlus that allows, once installed to gather information of the process of production of a concrete plant. (Recipes, weights, dosing errors , times of connection and quantity of connections for element …), in format Excel or Access.
The information allows the processing and later analysis with multiple objectives, such as: reduction of the time-outs, increase of the productivity of the plant, cycles of load and unload.
A table of conversion that is delivered with to the program will allow us to transform this information into a graph with representation of the processes of the different elements.
